Katie Johnson – PGA Professional, Instructor

Katie is a PGA Class A Professional and received the Dakota Chapter 2016 Assistant of the Year award. She has worked at Osgood since 2009 with a constant goal to grow the game of golf.

Katie graduated from NDSU in 2013 in Public Relations and Web Design. Raised in Fargo, she played competitive golf from a young age and joined the North Dakota State University golf team. After a year of playing, Katie switched to NDSU’s track team, where she competed in shot put and hammer. With her background in athletics, she possesses a strong knowledge of physical fitness, its application to golf, and the importance of technique in all sports.

As an instructor with focus on player development, Katie directs Junior Lessons, LPGA Girls Golf, and Junior Cup. She also teaches Ladies Beginner Lessons and is involved with Ladies League and Sunday League. She is also the webmaster for GolfWithLisa.com.

Katie is available for private individual and group lessons for juniors, women, and men. She specializes in equipping any golfer to play the course comfortably – primarily new women and juniors. She is also available for playing lessons for golfers who want course-play experience.
